Shipping / handling charges:
Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders. These charges are based on a customer's delivery preference, the cost of package materials applicable to product weight and size, and other special shipping and handling instructions. The MSL Store will make every effort to ship within 48 hours of receiving the order before 1 p.m. Eastern Time, M-TH. Most orders are shipped via Ground, unless otherwise specified. Note: Orders needed other then via ground, must be called and faxed to 1) 813-645-9833 phone, 2) 813-645-9834 fax.
Fluorescents up to 4 ft. in length must be shipped UPS Ground, UPS Red or UPS Blue. Bulbs longer than 4 ft. must be shipped via messenger or truck.
Shipping: FOB origin:
All damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 working days. If the package is obviously damaged, customer should sign for the shipment as "damaged" and make a claim with the carrier. If the package shows no obvious signs of damage but the merchandise is damaged when the box is opened, contact MSL. The carrier is responsible for breakage in transit. MSL will assist in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage.
Product must be returned with prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, call 1-813-645-9833. Issuance of a RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit to be taken. Product determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced or credit will be issued at the discretion of MSL. Product returned as defective, and is not, will be returned to the customer. Product returned due to ordering errors, or product no longer wanted by the customer, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, provided that MSL agrees to take back the merchandise. Special orders may not be returned. No returns after 60 days. Without notification, manufacturers delist products. In this instance MSL reserves the right to substitute a similar product at our discretion. Please order carefully as we will charge a 10% fee for cancelled orders due to a failure to order the correct product.
